Bridget Regan

Bridget Regan is an American film, television and theater actress, best known for her portrayal of Kahlan Amnell in the television series Legend of the Seeker.

Since 2006, she has appeared in several movies and television shows. Her filmography includes The Wedding Album, Blinders, Supreme Courtships, The Babysitters, Sex and the City movie and The Best and The Brightest. She also had guest appearances on the TV shows Love Monkey, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, American Experience, Six Degrees, The Black Donnellys and New Amsterdam .

In 2008, Regan began filming Legend of the Seeker, a television show based on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series. She portrayed the female lead, Mother Confessor Kahlan Amnell.

In 2009, Regan ventured into producing Camp Wanatachi, a musical that will be running in New York at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club in January 2011.

December of 2010, Bridget gave birth to a healthy and beautiful baby girl.

In 2011, she returned to work, gracing our TV screens with her guest appearance on NCIS: Los Angeles, which was followed by filming Hide (a TNT movie based on the book by Lisa Gardner), Perception (a TNT series due to air the summer of 2012) and Person of Interest.
